Groundsman

Maintains the exterior common areas of the property, including landscaping, walkways, and outdoor spaces, to ensure a clean, safe, and well-kept environment.

Housekeeper

Responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of interior common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and shared facilities, in accordance with established cleanliness standards.
